The landmark decision is the first in India where a resolution of a real estate corporate debtor was achieved without initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

ICSI Registered Valuers Organisation (ICSI RVO) is another such Section 8 organisation which is registered with IBBI and a wholly owned subsidiary of ICSI that intends to enroll, educate, train and promote the profession of Registered Valuers as per the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.
